National Institute of Technical Teachers training and Research, Chandigarh has been established by ministry of human resource development, government of India for development of technical education. civil engineering department of this institute is organizing two days of training programme on "“Water Proofing of RC & masonry buildings-A Comprehensive Approach" from 29-30 January, 2015 NITTTR.
